EXTECH was selected to design and fabricate the exterior blue polycarbonate cladding and the opal polycarbonate ridge skylight for these two unique buildings in DesMoine, Iowa. The standing seam blue panels are installed at a skewed angle with the sheets running perpendicular to the center line of the ridge.
The blue panels stand off the steel structure some 8" where they are held by EXTECH's patented sliding clips.
These buildings represent the entry to an entertainment venue that includes an ice skating rink. No one passes these buildings without noticing them. |
