• Patented Continuous Top-Hinged design allows operating windows to be left open during normal rainfall

• Unitized window - factory assembled sections with interlocking intermediate vertical mullion

• Deep glazing pockets (rabbet depth) for thermal movement of thermoplastic glazing

• Dry Glazed and incorporates Low Friction Gasketing to maintain good air & water infiltration seals, while allowing for thermal movement of the thermoplastic glazing and reducing noise caused by the movement of the glazing.

• Can be incorporated into the Series 3001, Series 3400, and Series 3600 Fixed Windows

• Approved for use as Hurricane Protection by the Miami-Dade County (Florida) Building Code Compliance Office.

Glazing

• Glass or monolithic cellular polycarbonate or acrylic sheets
from 1/4" (6mm) thick to 5/8" (16mm) thick

 

Performance

• Air infiltration: .09 cfm per ft. at 6.24 psf (50 mph) - (ASTM E-283)
• Water resistance: No leakage at 6.24 psf - (ASTM E-547)
• Structural: Tested to ±60.0 psf (ASTM E-330)
• HURRICANE RELATED TESTING: Large missile impact test (9.5 lb. 2x4 at 34 mph): Passed
• Pressure loading at 150 psf: Passed
